I am a software engineering manager, recently leading teams at Skyscanner, and previously at Software AG leading Messaging teams.

I get excited about growing high performing software development teams, and have had the pleasure of leading squads and teams of squad leads, delivering complex cross-squad projects, and mentor/coaching engineers and team leads.

I enjoy building great software, and growing the people and the organisations that create it.
